Reviewer Guidelines

1. Any external reviewer who feels unable to review the submitted manuscript should notify the editor and withdraw from the review process. 
2. Ensure the manuscript adheres to ethical standards in research and publication
3. Reviewers must treat manuscripts received for review as confidential documents. They must not disclose or discuss them with others except as authorized by the editor. 
4. Do not use the information for personal or professional advantage
5. All manuscripts are confidential materials. Do not share, discuss, or disclose any part of the manuscript outside the review process.
6. Reviewers should Provide honest, constructive, and respectful critique. They should also express their views clearly with supporting arguments 
7. Reviewers must not accept to review manuscripts where they have conflicts of interest as a result of competitive, collaborative, or other connections with the author(s). 
8. Reviewers' names and affiliations must be maintained in a secure database that is compliant with data protection standards.
